Retro-diner taqueria where the trompo never stops spinning and the line never stops moving. A glossy little Roma Norte taqueria styled like a retro diner with chrome and bar stools. Finely seasoned pork and beef cook on the trompo beside roaring flames, then land on simple corn tortillas (or get dressed up in Tacos Arabe or Tijuanita form). Long lines, worth it. Tacos del Valle carries a Michelin Bib Gourmand in the 2026 Michelin Guide. It's among the newer-generation Roma Norte taquerias the guide has recognized, distinguished from older-school stands by its retro-diner design and tighter, more polished presentation.
